Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes
- ½ teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons The Mindful Pantry Almond Butter Oh So Creamy
- ½ teaspoon shezwan sauce
- 3 teaspoons chili oil
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 1 pack of cooked noodles
- Spring Onions
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, chili flakes, toasted sesame seeds, TMP almond butter, shezwan sauce
- In a small frying pan, add 2 teaspoons chili oil, add in finely chopped garlic cloves and fry until slightly golden
- Add in garlic chili oil mix in the bowl alongside one pack of cooked noodles (cook for 5 mins in boiling water or until Al-Dante)
- Mix them well until well combined
- Top them with vegetable kimchi, diagonally cut spring onions, toasted sesame seeds and drizzle a teaspoon of chili oil
