The perfect tenderloin patties for every BBQ enthusiast who wants to grill at home. HMANs patties are made with a perfect ratio of meat and fat for it to come out as juicy as possible.
Cooking Instructions
PAN: – Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and Sear the patties until golden and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
OVEN/OTG: – Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread patties on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes. Flipping halfway through.
BBQ/GRILL: – Heat the grill to high or heat coals in a charcoal grill until they glow bright orange and ash over. Brush the burgers with the oil. Grill the burgers until golden brown and slightly charred on the first side, about 3 minutes for buff (EACH SIDE). DO NOT OVER FLIP BURGERS TO AVOID BREAKING THEM.
