Our sour cream is freshly made by fermenting regular cream with certain lactic acid bacteria. Sour cream is more versatile due to its softer consistency and an ability to enhance a wider variety of foods. Sour Cream can be used in a wider variety of cuisines, and mainly used in dips of all kinds to enhance flavour. Be it a topping for soups like borscht, a base for dips with chips (crisps), salad dressings, desserts and many different Mexican dishes (e.g., enchiladas, tacos, burritos, tostadas, flautas and taquitos) it can be used in various ways.
