Cooking Instructions
PAN: – Put a non-stick pan over a medium heat then add the sausages. Liberally grease the pan with butter or your preferred cooking oil. A little fat from the sausages will start to pour out as they warm up, turn the sausages in the hot fat to coat them. Keep cooking for 5-7 minutes each side, moving them around in the pan and turning them over regularly so they all cook evenly and get that perfect Golden brown colour.
OVEN/OTG: – Preheat the oven to 225°C. Place the sausages on a baking tray and cook for 10-12 minutes, until thoroughly cooked, turning halfway through the cooking time.
BBQ/BBQ: – Place the sausages directly on a hot grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. When the sausage is done cooking, transfer the sausage to a dish or plate and tent in foil to keep them warm.
