– Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
What all would you need:
– Get Sorted Roti (flavour of your choice)
– Green Lettuce
– Protein of your choice
– Herbed Goat Cheese
– Hummus
– Olive Oil
– Seasonings
– Himalayan Pink Salt To taste
– Paprika
Preparation:
– Pan sear the roti on a low flame for about 2 minutes with a little butter
– Sauté the protein with a little seasoning to your taste
– Assemble all ingredients and wrap it all up
– Serve with hummus
