Tikkas of SINGHARA (Catfish) marinated in Indian spices, gram flour, carom seeds and seasoned to perfection.
Cooking instructions
Pan ( Shallow Fry):- To a pan, add 3-4 tablespoon oil of your Choice (Preferably Mustard) to a shallow pan. Let oil heat and place the marinated fish in a single layer in oil. Fry on low medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side. Flip as needed.
Pan (Deep Fry) :- To a pan, add 500 ml oil of your choice (Preferably Mustard) to a deep base pan. Let oil heat and place the marinated fish in a single layer in oil. Fry on low medium heat 225 C for about 5 minutes on each side. Flip as needed.
BEST SERVED WITH Grated Radish / Sliced Onion, Green chutney and top with chat masala.
