Preparation time : 25 min – 30min
Ingredients
- 90 gms dark chocolate
- 130 gms butter
- 2 eggs
- 220 gms castor sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1-2 tablespoons The Mindful Pantry’s Almond Butter with Cinnamon and Vanilla Bean
Preparation
- In a bowl, add dark chocolate and butter and heat it together to create a mix, let it cool back to room temperature before adding it into the mix
- In a different bowl, add eggs and castor sugar and beat it well with an electric hand mixer until the mixture is frothy and light yellow in color
- Add the cooled down dark chocolate and butter mix into the egg and sugar mix and combine well
- In a separate bowl, add all the dry ingredients: baking powder, cocoa powder and all purpose flour; mix well
- Mix the wet and the dry ingredients well until the batter is fudgy and gooey
- Add the well mixed batter into an 8×8 inch well buttered baking pan and smoothen it out
- Add a few dollops of TMP’s Almond Butter with Cinnamon and Vanilla Bean onto the brownie batter and swirl it around to create interesting organic shapes
- Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 mins at 180 degrees Celsius
- Drizzle additional Almond Butter before devouring!
