Ingredients
- 500 Gms Smoked Pork Ribs
- 1 tbsp Forest Honey
- 1 tbsp Chilli Garlic Paste
- 100 Gms Butterhead Lettuce
- 1 piece Red Cabbage
- 2 tbsp Avocado Mayonnaise
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl mix honey and chilli garlic paste
- Coat the ribs on both sides with the honey & chilli garlic mixture
- Heat oven to 250 degrees centigrade
- Grill the ribs for approximately 15-20 minutes
- Wash and finely chop red cabbage & butterhead, in a bowl toss with mayonnaise and add salt pepper to taste
- Serve hot grilled ribs with the salad
