Ingredients
- 500 Gms Indian Prawns (16/20 PDTO)
- 5 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 3 Garlic Pods Finely Chopped
- 2 tbsp Grated Ginger
- 3 tbsp Chilli Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Tamari
- 5 tbsp Roasted Garlic Teriyaki
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- Spring Onion To Garnish
- Bee Pollen To Garnish
Preparation
- Heat a large non-stick pan with some avocado oil
- Pan sear thawed prawns for 2 minutes on both sides and remove from pan
- Add more avocado oil to the pan and cook ginger garlic until golden
- Add chilli garlic, tamari, teriyaki sauce & brown sugar and heat at a higher flame
- Add the pan seared prawns once the paste is a little thicker
- Toss for few minutes till the prawns are coated with the sauce
- Plate and garnish the prawns with spring onion & bee pollen to serve
